Booking travel through Htl-dir.com

Htl-dir.com is not a travel agency and is not responsible for providing the travel options displayed through its Services and Platforms, nor for defining or controlling the prices displayed. Any Third Party Travel Products you find or book through our Services or Platforms are offered by independent Travel Suppliers.

Htl-dir.com facilitates your bookings with such Travel Suppliers, but is not responsible to you for such bookings. You will be notified of the identity of the relevant Travel Supplier, as well as the terms and conditions applicable to your booking with them (“Travel Supplier Terms”), at the time of booking, which you should read and understand in full before finalizing your booking.

The Travel Supplier’s Terms should state what rights you have against the Travel Supplier and explain their liability to you in the event of anything going wrong.

Limitations and Exclusions of Liability

These Terms define Htl-dir.com’s obligations and responsibilities in relation to our Services and Platforms.

Htl-dir.com has no liability for any agreements you enter into with third parties as a result of your use of our Services or Platforms (such as, for example, any Travel Supplier). If you have any problem with a booking you make (or attempt to make) through Htl-dir.com, you agree that you must resolve that problem with the relevant Travel Supplier and that the remedy in such circumstances, including reimbursement, will rest with the relevant Travel Supplier and not with Htl-dir.com. Where our Services or Platforms contain links to other sites and resources offered by third parties, these links are provided for informational purposes only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and assume no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

You may see advertising material submitted by third parties on our Services and Platforms. Each individual advertiser is solely responsible for the content of its advertising material and Htl-dir.com assumes no responsibility for the content of the advertising material including, without limitation, any errors, omissions or inaccuracies.
