This hotel was really centrally located and the personnel on the reception were available at any hrs. The beds had been comfortable and the people in the hotel were generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was off and on, leave it like that in the end. Extremely pleasant hotel and great area. I Definitely advise Novotel Suzhou Sip!

Incredibly pleasant and perfectly clean place. The location is excellent, precisely what we preferred. Beds were very comfy. There wasn’t a lot about the social ambiance however it´s great for a full night rest. I liked my days here enormously and will most likely come again for my following visit here.

Me and my partner stayed at Novotel Suzhou Sip for 7 nights to checking out the city. Novotel Suzhou Sip is found in an exceptionally central posture, it is clean and the beds are very comfortable! There is just one matter I’d personally suggest going forward and that is to provide additional hotel amenities, shower gel in particular. In general, We were more than happy with this choice and would certainly suggest it to any one seeking to head to Suzhou.
