This hotel was truly centrally situated and the staff on the reception were available at every time. The beds were cozy and the people in the hotel were usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice.The air con was off and on, but wasn´t a big deal. Me and my husband stayed at the hotel for five nights to exploring the city. Kunming Herton Spa Hotel is located in an incredibly central situation, it’s thoroughly clean plus the beds are really comfortable! There is just one point I’d personally recommend heading ahead and that is to provide more hotel amenities, shower gel in particular. However, I was more than happy with this place and would certainly suggest it to any one seeking to drop by Kunming.

Stayed for 6 days with my fiance. Beds ended up big enough and the space was always clean up. The employees were being incredibly handy and welcoming and every day took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are big and also the closet. The bathroom have been pretty clean plus the shower was wonderful. Not a very social hotel anyway, maybe was all along our stay.

This hotel was really centrally situated and the personnel in the reception were there at all the hours. The beds were comfy and the people in the hotel ended up normally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air-con was on and off, but they fix it.
