Super hotel, every thing is very near. Staff members are super friendly and well prepared and talk excellent English. You’ll find activities just about every night and it´s a good way to socializing with persons. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed daily. Only thing was my bed for being a little noisy but that’s very slight. Fantastic value for the price!

I have stayed for seven days with my husband. Beds ended up comfortable and the room was constantly clean up. The personnel have been really helpful and pleasant and constantly took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are spacious and the closet. The bathroom was also very pretty clean and also the shower was fantastic. Not a very social hotel at least all along our stay.

AYOLA La Lisa Surabaya is located in an exceedingly central placement, it truly is clean and the beds are very comfortable! There is just one matter I would recommend going ahead and that is to provide more hotel amenities, shower gel specifically.
