If you are visiting Osaka you should book at Hotel La Raison Osaka. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the guest rooms are pretty nice. The overall atmosphere was alright.

I have booked the room for two days with my wife. Beds were comfortable and the room was constantly clean. The staff were being incredibly helpful and friendly and always took care to make us feel good. Rooms are large as well as the closet. Bathroom was pretty clean and also the shower was good. Not a very social hotel but maybe was only all along our stay.
