Assuming that you are travelling to Yangon you should reserve at Pyay Garden Residence. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the rooms are pretty clean. In general everything was professional and friendly.

I have stayed for 7 nights with my spouse. Beds were comfy and the space was always clean. The staff were pretty helpful and friendly and always took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are big as well as the closet. Bathroom was pretty clean plus the shower was fantastic. Not a super social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.

I have stayed for 7 nights with my wife. Beds were being comfortable and the room was constantly pretty clean. Staff members were being incredibly useful and welcoming and every day made us feel good. Rooms are large plus the closet. The bathroom have been clean plus the shower was great. Not a super social hotel anyway, maybe was all along our stay.
