This hotel was really centrally located and the staff members from the reception were available at all the time. The beds had been comfy and the other guests had been normally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air con was off and on, but wasn´t a big deal. Quite pleasant hotel and fantastic area. I Certainly recommend Nasu Onsen Sanraku!

I have stayed for 2 days with my fiance. Beds were being comfortable and the room was always pretty clean. The personnel were being pretty useful and pleasant and always made us feel good. Rooms are large and also the closet. The bathroom have been pretty clean and the shower was excellent. Not an exceptionally social hotel anyway, maybe was all along our stay.

Good place, every thing is nearby. Personnel are super friendly and well prepared and speak great English. You’ll find activities each night and it´s a fantastic way to meet persons. Rooms and services are ok and towels changed everyday. Only problem was my bed for being somewhat noisy but that’s pretty small. Wonderful value for the price!
