Hotel New Castle

Stayed for 3 nights with my wife. Beds were being big enough and the space was constantly clean. The employees were being really helpful and welcoming and every day took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious and the closet. The bathroom was clean plus the shower was wonderful. Not an extremely social hotel but maybe was only during our stay.

Pretty wonderful and perfectly clean hotel. The location is great, precisely what we were looking for. Beds were pretty comfy. There wasn’t a great deal of the social environment but it´s superior for a full night rest. I enjoyed my days here enormously and will probably book once again for my following visit to Hirosaki.

Excellent place, everything is nearby. Staff members are super friendly and handy and speak wonderful English. You will find activities just about every night time and it´s a great way to meet people. Rooms and facilities are good and towels changed everyday. Only problem was beds are a tiny bit noisy but that’s extremely small. Good quality for the price!

Stayed for 4 nights with my fiance. Beds were being cozy and the room was normally pretty clean. The employees were extremely helpful and friendly and constantly took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are big as well as the closet. The bathroom was also very pretty clean plus the shower was fantastic. Not an exceptionally social hotel but maybe was only during our stay.
