This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the staff at the reception were there at any hours. The beds have been cozy and the people in the hotel had been typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was off and on, maybe my mistake using it. Very good hotel and wonderful area. I Certainly recommend this hotel!

The team is a ten, incredibly attentive and welcoming. The food, the amenities, almost everything was Great. We enjoyed a fantastic stay and also the dinner was perfect. We liked Kakumeikan Matsuzakaya Honten. We will repeat!

Super place, every little thing is nearby. Staff are tremendous welcoming and well prepared and speak great English. There are actually activities every single night and it´s an excellent way to socializing with people. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed daily. Only thing was beds are a tiny bit noisy but that’s pretty slight. Excellent value for the price!
