This hotel was really centrally positioned and the staff from the reception were there at every hrs. The beds have been cozy and the other guests ended up typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was on and off, maybe my mistake using it. Pretty wonderful hotel and wonderful location. Undoubtedly suggest Hotel Casa Palacio Natur!

I have booked the room for four days with my fiance. Beds were cozy and the room was constantly pretty clean. The staff were very useful and friendly and every day made us feel good. Rooms are big as well as the closet. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was wonderful. Not a super social hotel but maybe was only all along our stay.
