The team is a ten, really attentive and helpful. The foods, the services, all the things was Excellent. We enjoyed a fantastic stay along with the evening meal was delightful. We liked Urumqi Bintuan Grand Hotel. We will repeat!

I have stayed for 5 nights with my wife. Beds were being big enough and the space was always pretty clean. The staff have been really useful and friendly and every day took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are big along with the closet. The bathroom have been pretty clean plus the shower was great. Not an extremely social hotel at least during our stay.

Assuming that you are travelling to Urumqi you have to book this hotel. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the guest rooms are very clean. The atmosphere all around was perfect.

Super hotel, every thing is close by. Team are tremendous pleasant and well prepared and talk great English. You will discover activities just about every night and it´s a great way to socializing with people. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed every single day. Only thing was beds are a bit noisy but that’s quite insignificant. Good quality for the price!

Incredibly awesome and clean hotel. The placement is excellent, precisely what we were looking for. Beds were very comfortable. There wasn’t much of the social atmosphere nevertheless it is fantastic for an entire night rest. I loved my days here enormously and will probably come again for my next stop by here.

I have stayed for four nights with my spouse. Beds ended up comfortable and the space was normally pretty clean. The personnel were really handy and pleasant and always made us feel good. Rooms are large and the closet. Bathroom have been clean and also the shower was excellent. Not a very social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.
