Great staff members, quite welcoming and helpful specially throughout the day shifts. For the cost its a great offer. The receptionist is brilliant, knows good spots to go to for tourists.

Fantastic place, anything is close. Staff are tremendous friendly and helpful and speak fantastic English. You’ll find activities just about every evening and it´s a very good way to meet people. Rooms and amenities are ok and towels changed every single day. Only thing was beds are a little squeaky but that’s really minor. Good quality for the money!

This hotel was truly centrally situated and the staff in the reception were there at all the hours. The beds ended up cozy and the other guests were being normally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was on and off, couldn´t fix it at the end. Pretty nice hotel and great location. I Certainly suggest Villa Aster Seminyak!
