I have booked the room for seven nights with my fiance. Beds were big enough and the space was usually pretty clean. Staff members were being really handy and friendly and constantly made us feel like home. Rooms are big along with the closet. The bathroom have been clean plus the shower was fantastic. Not an extremely social hotel at least all along our stay.

This hotel was really centrally positioned and the personnel from the reception were available at every hours. The beds had been comfortable and the people in the hotel have been usually respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was on and off, maybe my mistake using it. Pretty pleasant hotel and good area. I Absolutely advise Hotel Park Residency, Kakkanad!

Wonderful personnel, quite welcoming and helpful particularly throughout the day shifts. For the value its a fantastic deal. The receptionist is brilliant, is familiar with very good locations to visit for travellers.

Wonderful hotel, everything is close by. Employees are tremendous welcoming and well prepared and talk good English. There are actually activities every single night time and it´s a very good way to meet persons. Rooms and facilities are good and towels changed daily. Only thing was beds are somewhat noisy but that’s very slight. Fantastic value for the money!

Great place, almost everything is close. Personnel are super friendly and helpful and speak great English. There are actually activities each night time and it´s a great way to socializing with people nowadays. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed daily. Only problem was beds are a bit noisy but that’s incredibly slight. Fantastic quality for the price!

Very awesome and perfectly clean spot. The area where is located is great, precisely what we were looking for. Beds ended up really cozy. There wasn’t a lot about the social environment nevertheless it is very good for a complete night relaxation. I loved my days here enormously and will probably book once again for my next stop by here.

Assuming that you are visiting Kakkanad you should reserve a room here. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the rooms are pretty nice. And a spectacular atmosphere.
