The services was great, every little thing extremely new, each one of the personnel very attentive and pleasant. Within the dining space everything was tasty, top quality and very professional.

Extremely awesome and clean hotel. The location is great, precisely what we needed. Beds were being quite nice. There wasn’t much of the social ambiance nevertheless it is excellent for an entire night relaxation. I loved my stay here enormously and will most likely come once more for my following stop by to Nuwara Eliya.

I have booked the room for 5 days with my wife. Beds were comfortable and the room was always pretty clean. The personnel were being quite handy and friendly and every day made us feel good. Rooms are big and the closet. Bathroom have been clean plus the shower was fantastic. Not a very social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.

This hotel was definitely centrally situated and the staff in the reception were available at all the hours. The beds ended up comfy and the other guests ended up generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air con was off and on, leave it like that in the end. Extremely pleasant hotel and wonderful area. I Absolutely suggest Hill Pride City Hotel!
