Me and my partner stayed at the hotel for 3 nights for holidays to exploring the city. The Ridge Nozawa Apartments is found in an incredibly central position, it’s clean along with the beds are quite comfy! There is only one point I would suggest going forward and that is to supply much more hotel amenities, shower gel specifically. However, We were very pleased with this place and will surely recommend it to anyone seeking to drop by Nozawa Onsen.

I have booked the room for seven nights with my wife. Beds ended up cozy and the space was constantly clean up. The staff have been very useful and friendly and every day made us feel good. Rooms are big as well as the closet. Bathroom was also very pretty clean and also the shower was good. Not a super social hotel but maybe was only during our stay.

Wonderful hotel, anything is close by. Employees are tremendous pleasant and well prepared and talk good English. You will discover activities each and every evening and it´s a fantastic way to socializing with people. Rooms and services are ok and towels changed every day. Only problem was beds are a bit squeaky but that’s very minor. Good quality for the money!

I have booked the room for two days with my husband. Beds were comfy and the room was usually pretty clean. The personnel were being extremely useful and welcoming and always took care to make us feel good. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. Bathroom have been clean and the shower was super cool. Not a very social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.
