This hotel was really centrally positioned and the personnel from the reception were available at every time. The beds have been comfy and the people in the hotel were being typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air conditioning was on and off, maybe my mistake using it. Incredibly pleasant hotel and terrific location. Surely will recommend this hotel!

Good location, every thing is close by. Staff are super welcoming and well prepared and speak fantastic English. There are activities every evening and it´s a very good way to meet persons. Rooms and services are ok and towels changed every day. Only problem was beds are a tiny bit squeaky but that’s quite slight. Good value for the price!

Me and my lover stayed here for five days for holidays to discovering the city. Horison Forbis Hotels is found in an incredibly central position, it is clean as well as the beds are very comfy! There is just one point I might advise heading forward and that’s to provide extra hotel amenities, shower gel particularly. However, I had been very happy with this stay and would certainly suggest it to everyone wanting to visit Serang.
