Exceptional my stay at Best Western Horten Hotel customer support assisted me get a new key when I requested for help. The breakfast and food normally was great. Every one of the personnel I contacted were very enjoyable.

I have stayed for four nights with my wife. Beds were being big enough and the room was constantly clean. The personnel have been very useful and friendly and constantly took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are spacious and the closet. The bathroom was clean plus the shower was wonderful. Not a super social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.

I have stayed for 6 days with my wife. Beds were being cozy and the space was normally clean up. The employees have been quite useful and friendly and every day took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are big along with the closet. Bathroom have been pretty clean plus the shower was wonderful. Not a very social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.
