Great staff, extremely pleasant and helpful particularly during the day shifts. For the cost its a great offer. The receptionist is great, is familiar with fantastic locations to go to for tourists.

Wonderful hotel, every little thing is close. Team are super friendly and well prepared and speak excellent English. There are activities every single night and it´s a very good way to socializing with people. Rooms and services are good and towels changed on a daily basis. Only problem was beds are a tiny bit squeaky but that’s pretty minor. Fantastic value for the money!

The beds had been comfortable and the people in the hotel ended up typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice.The air conditioning was on and off, couldn´t fix it at the end. I have booked the room for three nights with my wife. Beds were cozy and the room was constantly clean up. Staff members have been very useful and welcoming and every day made us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious along with the closet. The bathroom have been pretty clean plus the shower was wonderful. Not a super social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.
