This hotel was really centrally located and the personnel from the reception were available at all the hours. The beds had been comfortable and the people in the hotel were being generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice.The air-con was off and on, couldn´t fix it at the end. Incredibly pleasant hotel and great area. I Certainly advise Novotel Manila Araneta Center!

Incredibly good and clean hotel. The placement is great, exactly what we preferred. Beds ended up quite cozy. There wasn’t much about the social environment however it´s good for a full night relaxation. I enjoyed my stay here enormously and will probably book yet again for my up coming visit to Quezon City.
