Novotel Pekanbaru is situated in a very central situation, it is thoroughly clean plus the beds are incredibly comfy! There is only one factor I might propose heading forward and that’s to offer additional hotel amenities, shower gel in particular. Over-all, I had been more than happy with this place and would definitely suggest it to any one seeking to go to Pekanbaru.

Super hotel, almost everything is within walking distance. Personnel are super friendly and useful and talk fantastic English. You will find activities each and every night and it´s a good way to meet people. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed on a daily basis. Only problem was my bed for being a bit noisy but that’s quite insignificant. Fantastic value for the money!

Quite wonderful and perfectly clean place. The area where is located is great, precisely what we required. Beds ended up extremely cozy. There wasn’t a great deal of the social atmosphere but it´s superior for a full night rest. I appreciated my stay here enormously and will probably come once more for my future visit here.
