Great my stay at Ramada Encore Hotel Jeju Yeon-dong customer service helped me obtain a new key when I requested for support. The breakfast and foods generally speaking was ideal. Every one of the staff I contacted had been incredibly nice.

Me and my husband stayed at the hotel for 4 nights for holidays to checking out the city. Ramada Encore Hotel Jeju Yeon-dong is found in a very central placement, it’s thoroughly clean as well as the beds are quite cozy! There is just one thing I’d personally suggest going forward and that is to offer extra hotel amenities, shower gel particularly. In general, I was very happy with this stay and would certainly recommend it to any one planning to visit Jeju.

I have stayed for 5 days with my fiance. Beds ended up comfortable and the space was normally pretty clean. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and always took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are large as well as the closet. The bathroom was pretty clean plus the shower was great. Not a really social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.
